History
FHK was founded in 2005 in Cornhill, London. FHK was initially named "Fortishall Limited". "Fortis" meaning "strength" in Latin and "Hall" is the surname of the founder. FHK's first significant project provided Requirements Management consultancy support for the Channel Tunnel Rail Link (CTRL) Section 2.
For the CTRL Section 2 project, FHK successfully collated Verification and Validation (V&V) evidence against all requirements for the whole project to obtain compliance signoff from Union Railways North.
The CTRL Section 2 completed on time and budget and now forms parts of the high-speed railway line between London and Europe. In 2016 Fortishall Limited branched out to South Korea and Hong Kong and became FHK Consulting.
